Terms and Conditions

Quotes are valid for 48 hours and subject to vehicle availability in addition to any price updates.


Included Waiting Periods
       Perth Domestic Airport         -         30 minutes allowance after the flight has landed
       Perth International Airport    -         45 minutes allowance after the flight has landed


Should a case arise of lost luggage or airline issues where the driver is required to wait, waiting time charges will apply.

      Other Transfers    -                         10 minutes allowance after booked pick up time.

After the above included waiting periods have surpassed, waiting time will be charged at $20 + GST per 15 minute blocks (Caprice sedans), $30 + GST (Mercedes C Class and people Movers)

If you are unable to locate your Exceed Chauffeur Services driver you must contact us immediately on 0410 669 525 (24 hours).  Our driver will remain at the booked pick up point 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time.  Failure to notify us will result in a ‘no show’ with trip being billed in full along with additional applicable waiting charges.  Your credit card will be debited with the relevant charges incurred or account holders will be invoiced. 

Credit card details are required as security against all bookings (with exception of Corporate Account Holders).  The cost of the vehicle hire is guaranteed providing that the payment schedule for the hire is adhered to and the original structure of the hire is not altered.  If you need to make a change to your booking after we have issued a booking confirmation we will do our best to help you, however if the change or changes alter the structure of the booking/hire/services, charges will be made accordingly where applicable (late changes to bookings should be requested no less than 48 hours prior to the journey).  For additional charges incurred, you will be supplied with a further invoice confirming this and agree to authorize Exceed Chauffeur Services to debit your credit card for the additional charges incurred.


We will take into consideration reasons beyond your control if you have to change your travel itinerary and Exceed Chauffeur Services will make every effort to accommodate this.

Bookings are not confirmed until notified by Exceed Chauffeur Services and receipt of payment in full.  Full payment must be made via credit or fully cleared transferred funds into our account no less than 48 hours prior to the booking date (Corporate Account Holders excluded).

We request all bookings be made via our online booking form on our website.  Should any details supplied to ourselves suddenly change or errors have been made after your submission of your form, please notify us immediately via telephone.

Bookings must be made by adults over 18 years of age.

Overtime Rates

If a hire exceeds the finish time as agreed at the time of booking, overtime rates will apply and will be charged accordingly.

Please note: Overtime will be at the discretion of the chauffeur ensuring this does not conflict with prior booked commitments.


Exceed Chauffeur Services does not charge any gratuities to clients. Tips can be given to the driver upon the customer's discretion.

Payment Methods
Mastercard (3% surcharge applies), Visa Card (3% surcharge applies), American Express (10% surcharge applies) accepted. 


  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to be cleared within 48 hours of the booking.
  • Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express payments must be received 48 hours prior to the booking.

Corporate/Individual Trading Accounts
Upon full completion and acceptance of our Account Application Form, trading terms will be 14 days from invoice date or as per agreement with Exceed Chauffeur Services.  All trading accounts must have a regular minimum monthly spend of $500.  Payments made outside our trading terms will incur interest calculated at 17% per annum or 1.42% monthly. 

Cancellations & Refunds
We ask that any cancellations to be made are done so 24 hours prior to the date of travel and confirmed via email.  Any deposits or payments made will then be refunded in full (Wedding bookings excluded and bookings made on public holidays, Xmas Eve/New Year's Eve excluded - see below paragraph).  Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be entitled to a full refund and will be charged the full applicable fee for the transfer.  

Western Australian Public Holidays, Xmas Eve/New Year's Eve.
For all bookings made on any Western Australian public holiday, Xmas Eve or New Year's Eve we require at least 7 days written notice for cancellation prior to the scheduled booking to obtain a full refund.  Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged in full.


Pricing will be quoted based on your individual needs and requirements.


General terms & conditions apply to wedding bookings.  50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance must be paid 1 month in advance of the wedding date. 

Associated bookings in conjunction with a wedding will be required to make payment in full at time of booking.  At least 7 days written notice is required for cancellation of the booking prior to the scheduled booking to obtain a full refund.  Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will not be entitled to a full refund.

Wedding vehicles involved in the wedding party, can be supplied with white ribbons at an additional cost. Ribbons are not automatically supplied unless requested.  Should alternative colours etc. be required other than what we supply, these are to be supplied by the customer. They will be returned upon completion of the vehicle hire.

Pick up times between Midnight – 5am/Public Holidays/Peak Period -  Surcharges
Extra surcharges apply, pricing available on request.  We require that customers holding bookings in connection with transfers during peak periods of demand (Public Holidays, Xmas/Easter/New Year’s) who need to cancel such bookings do so via email confirmation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up timel.  If a booking is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the customer will be charged in full.


On Time
Please be assured Exceed Chauffeur Services are renowned with an on time service, however in the unlikely event of our drivers being late due to circumstances outside our control, no liability will be accepted by Exceed Chauffeur Services.


We shall not be liable for any loss or delay caused as a result of the following: strike action, industrial disputes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or the threat of war, terrorism, fire, flood, and technical/weather problems with airlines or ferry /ship operators, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control.

Passenger, Luggage Information / Limits

Please refer to Vehicles page on our website for full information in regards to passenger and luggage limitations for each particular type of vehicle.

Any excess luggage transfer will be the responsibility of the client.

Vehicle Usage

We permit the use of our vehicles anywhere within our area of operation provided it is a sealed road. Use of any vehicle on a non-sealed road is not available.

Chauffeur Accommodation

If it is necessary for our chauffeurs to have overnight accommodation this will be charged at $220.00 GST inclusive per night.

Parking Fees

Car parking and any event entrance fees will be charged at cost.

Soiling or Damage to Vehicle

Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling they cause to the interior and or exterior of the hired vehicle whilst on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any repair or detailing required to restore the vehicle to its condition at the commencement of the hiring.

Alcohol & Food

Alcohol or food may not be consumed in the vehicle.

Exceed Chauffeur Services and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).


Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted at anytime.


No pets are permitted in vehicles.

Customer Safety

Our drivers will at all times drive at safe and sensible speeds as in accordance with legal speed limits, traffic and current road conditions and furthermore the driver reserves the right to deny access to a venue that they feel may put the passengers and vehicle in an unsafe situation. All travel must be on sealed roads only.

Seat Belts

It is compulsory by law that all passengers wear seat belts at all times when the vehicle is in motion. Our driver will refuse any passengers failing to comply.


We are insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public liability and not travel insurance. Although every effort will be made to ensure the safe keeping of personal property, we do not accept liability for the loss of personal items. Please check that you have sufficient coverage for any personal property that you bring onto our vehicles.

Lost & Found

We shall try to deliver any items left in the vehicle back to the hirer at their expense or they may be collected from our office. We cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicles during or after hire.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Clients/Passengers acting in an anti-social manner, causing unwarranted distraction to the driver or generally causing concerns regarding safety will be asked to leave the vehicle and seek alternative transport to their destination. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.


Please note any persons purchasing any goods outside of tour entitlements, such as wine, food, art etc, are responsible for the paying of such goods.


We do not accept responsibility for injury, sickness or death of account holder, or passengers, except where such death, injury or sickness is caused by an employee of Exceed Chauffeur Services.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions. Amended terms and conditions will appear on our website as they are made.
